Rockwood and Roosevelt

Theodore Roosevelt, the "little fat boy" who later became president, lived near Rockwood's 839 Broadway location as a child.  Seems he was a mischievous neighbor as related in the story below, printed in the Syarcuse, New York, Post-Standard, August 23, 1899.
